Dear Pulsar Hope everyone is well My local Jewelry store tells us we cannot get a replacement part or a replacement strap for our pulsar watch and its only fit for the bin! Surely thats not true? Is it? Please help, I enclose photos of the watch which has sentimental value to us. Thank you ever so much, for whatever guidance you can give us.
